Once a devoted mother who was found in a local field near Windsor, she cared for her kittens, watching out for their safety and well-being until they were old enough to be adopted by loving families. Now Nira is ready for her forever home. Her calm demeanor makes her an ideal companion for those who appreciate a cat with a serene presence. (Nira has shown a dislike of other cats but has also has potential for overcoming this.) Nira has grown to love attention, being scratched on her cheeks and chin, and receiving ear rubs.
