Don't let his name fool you! Trouble is more of a sensitive soul than a troublemaker.
This handsome black cat came to the rescue after his previous family had a change in their living situation. Losing the only home he knew was scary, so he needed some time to feel safe when he first arrived. New environments and big changes can be overwhelming for him, so he'll do best with a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time.
Once Trouble settles in, you'll discover a sweet, playful companion with plenty of personality. He's incredibly food motivated and has even learned to jump up to his special feeding spot on command when it's time for his favorite wet food!
Trouble gets along OK with other cats, though he prefers that they respect his personal space. He would likely do well as an only cat or with a laid-back feline companion who understands boundaries.
Like many cats, Trouble can become overstimulated during petting sessions and may give a swat if he's had enough, so he's looking for someone who can read his cues and respect his limits.
If you're willing to give this sensitive boy the time he needs to adjust, Trouble will reward you with his playful antics and sweet personality. He is neutered, FIV/FeLV-negative and up-to-date on vaccines.
